To be responsible for the services in the Barbiere in Selfridges Oxford Street
To cut, dress, groom, style and shave client’s beard and practice Acqua di Parma massage and treatment
To manage the relationship with the clients, having as objective to sell products and present the Brand image in the proper way, giving effective information regarding Brand/products/events, gathering market and competition knowledge
To build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, activities follow up, support in the organization of events, new ideas suggestion, in partnership with the Counter team.
To achieve KPIs and targets as set by the business
EDUCATION
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Barbering
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3 years minimum
barbering: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)
