We are looking for a candidate passionate about Barbering and Acqua Di Parma, willing to deliver first class customer service within a very vibrant Department Store.
You’ll be responsible
– for the services in the Barbiere in Selfridges Oxford Street
– To cut, dress, groom, style and shave client’s beard and practice Acqua di Parma massage and treatment
– To manage the relationship with the clients, having as objective to sell products and present the Brand image in the proper way, giving effective information regarding Brand/products/events, gathering market and competition knowledge
– To build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, activities follow up, support in the organization of events, new ideas suggestion, in partnership with the Counter team.
– To achieve KPIs and targets as set by the business
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Barbering
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3 years minimum
barbering: 3 years (Preferred)
Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)
