Kickstart your career in barbering with the London School of Barbering’s Beginner to Job Ready (NVQ) Level 2 course. This intensive nine-week programme is designed to take you from complete beginner to a confident, employable, job-ready barber, equipped with the practical barbering skills and industry knowledge needed to succeed.
Delivered at both our London and Manchester academies by experienced barber educators, the course leads to a NVQ Level 2 barbering qualification, recognised across the UK barbering industry and valued by employers.
COURSE DURATION
9 weeks Monday to Friday
08:30 – 12:30 Morning Session
13:15 – 17:15 Afternoon Session
1. Pay in Full
Pay your course fee in full at checkout using a debit or credit card.
2. 10% Deposit
Pay a 10% deposit at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the course start date.
3. Pay in 3 Instalments
– Pay a 10% deposit to secure your spot
– 5% course administration fee added to the final payment
– Must be fully paid before the course is finished
– Select the instalment plan at checkout
Payment Schedule:
– First instalment: 2 weeks before the course start date
– Second instalment: 4 weeks later
– Final instalment: 4 weeks after the second payment
4. 3-Month Payment Plan
– 10% course administration fee added to the final payment
Both our London academy and Manchester academy operate as fully-fledged barbershops, covering the whole of the UK with our top-class training. Two city-centre locations in the north and south of England.
Our qualified educators will be at your side at all times to train, supervise and progress your cutting skill level and deliver exceptional results.

We are open on all bank holidays except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
We accept overseas students visiting on tourist visas and can provide housing options. If you are from a country that is part of the European Union then you likely will be able to travel to the UK without obtaining a separate visa. If you are from outside of the EU then you will need to apply for a tourist travel visa form the UK government, which you can do here: www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa
Students are given access to propriety LSB step-by-step videos to supplement your academy training.
You will practice on real live clients that are provided to you by the academy.
