Step 1. Book online from available slots. We do not have a phone receptionist. If no appointments are available, then you are welcome to walk-in, however we cannot guarantee that you can be seen.
Step 2. You choose the style. We do all haircut styles & types — Caucasian, Afro-Caribbean, Asian. We accept persons aged 16 or older, including females so long as you are having one of the traditional barber hairstyles that we offer.
Step 3. Save your confirmation email. Check your spam if you do not receive one.
Step 4. Arrive 10 minutes in advance. Classes run as punctually as possible. You may lose your appointment if you arrive late and the class has already started.
Therefore if you are more than 5 minutes late it is company policy to give late appointments to walk-ins (only if clients are late), so that we can ensure our trainee barbers gain the necessary experience and classes start on time. This may mean you may not be seen if you are late.
We reserve the right for appointments to start late though we always aim to start on time.
Waiting times may be higher than usual, up to 30 minutes. This is to allow for extra cleaning in-between clients.
Step 5. Enjoy your service. Services take approximately 60 minutes but please allow for 90 minutes in case things run longer. The standard will be outstanding. To save time please come to the academy with washed hair and no product.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time and agree at all times to comply with the provisions of the Equality Act 2010. Women are welcome, but only so long as they receive one of our barbering style haircuts. We do not allow animals apart from guide dogs, children or bicycles in our academies for health and safety reasons.
We do not accept rude or aggressive behavior towards any of our students or members of staff and reserve the right to implement service restrictions if you do not abide by our terms.
Please be aware students are training. We accept international students where English is not their first language, so it is important you are patient and understanding in these circumstances.
By having your service you inherently agree to be captured in photos or videos that could be used on our website and other areas. Students as well may ask to take a photo of your finished haircut for their portfolio which they use to help secure a job after their course.
