I had my hair cut by Sian (I believe that was her name) and both the cut and standard of service were both excellent! A full explanation of the cut was given and recommendations meant that the cut exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend you give them a try I now wouldn’t go anywhere else!
U work local and have been going here for 3 years. It can be hit and miss given that youre getting hair cut by students. The majority of the time has been excellent. Also the Educators are good and always check haircuts before you leave.
Great place to get your hair donevery professional Friendly they take their time to give you just the look you want.Cant do enough for you.Highly recommend themI will be going back.
Enough is enough Michael and the rest !!!!! We will not be silent no more to your corruption and deception! Students will not shut their mouths and vtct will investigate you and your rude educators to students
Extremely worth the money and surprisingly consistent haircuts which can only be attributed to the level of training the educators bring the apprentices up to before cutting actual peoples hair.On normal operation (excluding covid) they would include a hair wash before cutting your hair but unfortunately not after. The only negative experiences Ive had was when the haircut too far too long. 1 hour and half almost.
Always friendly and great service.
Great haircut as usual and very friendly service. Covid regulations upheld tightly too.
so I recently completed a 9 week course at the London school of barbering and Im afraid to say Im disappointed with outcome. We were charged full price for a course that didnt deliver what it had promised. originally when i purchased the course they said we would cut a minimum of 120 people up to 150 ( They have now changed this but when i purchased it said something else)Also when i paid for the course class hours were from 10:00am to 5:00pm ish which was pretty much a full day. this had also changed and now classes were from 8am-12:30pm.we were supposed to cut on clients on week 3 in pairs for 1 week only however we were in pairs for like 2 and a half weeks. we only started cutting alone later in the course.i understand they had been quieter due to covid but i shouldnt have to worry about that. As a a customer for the course I paid for what was advertised at the time. I shouldnt have to worry about whether they are busy or not thats their job to do so.There are many other students that feel the same way however they are too scared to say anything.Ive sent multiple emails asking if a partial refund would be offered as i paid 100% to not receive what they had promised.you simply cant charge full price for something that is mediocre. They have said I can come back for further training however I have other priorities. I paid for a 9 week course nothing else. Also no support in looking for a job.lastly the owner Michael kontos is quite rude in his approach when he is watching students cut. He will approach you and make you feel uneasy whilst cutting. There is a way in which you show someone something. the way he does it puts you off completely.feels like a waste of money if Im honest
Great hair cut everytime So so orofessional
Great service & strictly respecting all the COVID-19 guidelines.
I enrolled in this academy for the last hairdressing course on the last day of November. And a week ago I got a serious illness and I got very sick and I need money to buy medicine. Its been a few days since I announced I could not participate and get my money back but they quickly put a new law on their site. And they said it was irreversible. This is a kind of scam. And I will complain soon. I close it with the lawyer and the police. I really am and without any lies. Do not trust them in any way under any circumstances. This is a very dirty tool which cuts your hair for free. I will complain to them. Do not register now because it will be closed and they will not return your money. Its really disgusting all the equipment there is dirty. And people go there to cut their hair short. It is disgusting.
Brilliant Shaun and Joel did a great job. I hope Shaun does well. Best of luck!
This place is spacious hygiene and social distance measures are properly being followed. Staff is so humble kind and gentle. Service is beyond expectations. Surely recommend.
Well organised school offering free haircuts that are booked online. Currently walk ins are encouraged due to London being so quiet but the staff and students do a fantastic job. Haircut takes an hour but properly done and all safety measures are taken.
The Hair cut by student Jose from Spain was Excellent and just what i needed. I am so pleased that i went there today
Omg these guys are so good. First barber Ive been too where I dont feel awkward sitting in the chair. Definitely would give them a try. Especially if you need a spruce up and your low in cash and you want to look fresh for an interview. The students are super friendly 👌🏾
Friendly Staff amazing Service.
I did have to wait half for my appointment but you cant complain as it was a free haircut.
Great haircuts for a great price! The guys (students) are amazing!
Absolutely Fantastic. You can book an appointment or just chance it and turn up. There are 15 or so students cutting hair. A couple of supervisors were keeping an eye on things. They do whatever you want doing. I was more than satisfied when I visited. They are currently offering free haircuts during August and September. I looked online and their prices were £2 - £5 depending on what you have done.Well worth a visit. A great way to help someone learn a trade whilst offering exceptional value.
A great cut - much better than expected. Cant beat the price either. Very professionally run. I recommend it!
Extremely disappointed in their covid-19 safety measures. The instructor Sareet frequently had his mask around his chin and I had to insist that when he came over to fix my hair that he lower his visor. The student cutting my hair was wearing an ill-fitting mask that wouldnt stay up on his face. I had to repeatedly ask for him to raise it after which he shot an annoyed look to another student. Other students and staff were walking around with their masks down and while they werent directly standing over clients there is no air circulation in the space so their masks shouldve been properly on at all times. At one point the instructor yelled to remind students to wear their masks but only after he had been walking around interacting with clients with his mask down. Visors were being shared between students chairs were not sanitised between clients and I didnt see students change their gloves between clients either.Overall it was unprofessional and I spent the entire time in the chair worrying about my safety. Dont believe the advertisements these London School of Barbering are putting out about safety -- they are making surface level nods to safety but are not following through and not substantively protecting their clients.Haircut was mediocre.
Absolutely a positive experience. The trainees and the staff were gentle and attentive to your needs.
They are awesome especially Harry. And I can see they updated some changes to keep customers safe from coronavirus.
The best barbering students in London 🙂
The teacher Yannis is brill and the students skilled I had a good haircut
Haircut used to be free. Now theres a small fee but the service is good and friendly. The trainees are well supervised.
Great haircuts at crazy prices
